Check-in experience was mind-blowing despite language barrier; excellent guidance for tourist attractions and dining. Comfy bed, good WiFi, clean room, great shower. Perfect location for dog owners with nearby parks and amenities. Easy walk to old town. Helpful staff, quiet surroundings, safe parking, and close proximity to dining options.

Convenient location with ample free street parking. Clean, tidy, and nicely decorated establishment. Helpful and friendly staff who provided valuable local attraction tips and even suggested tourist attractions en route to Madrid. Great value stay in a beautiful town not to be missed.

had a better experience this time at plaza in cuenca. friendly staff, helpful receptionist, and valuable tips for exploring the beautiful city. the location turned out to be quite good, just a 20-minute walk to the old town. cozy rooms with moorish decoration and great water pressure in the shower. WiFi worked perfectly.

Parking was a challenge.

As a tourist, I loved the prime location of the hotel, being close to the city centre and within walking distance of the Old Town. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided me with helpful tourist information that saved me a trip to the regular tourist office. The rooms were stylishly decorated, spacious, and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the convenience of having a nice coffee shop, Moka, just around the corner. Additionally, the hotel had its own bar for those looking for a beer or coffee.

I felt very well looked after, with no complaints at all.

I loved my stay at this hotel. The staff at Plaza were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and had a good bathroom. Parking was easy on the street right outside the hotel. The location was ideal, with an easy walk to the commercial center and a worthwhile uphill walk to the old city. I highly recommend taking the No.1 bus to the castle at the top of the hill and walking down. The view of the lit-up gorges at night is stunning. I also appreciated being on the ground floor, as it made it easier to walk my dog.
