During our 6-night stay in Palma de Mallorca, we were delighted to find a wonderful hotel in a prime location. It was very close to the city center and within easy walking distance of various attractions, restaurants, and tapas bars. The room we stayed in had a modern bathroom with a good shower, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast offered some nice touches, such as warm mini quiches and freshly squeezed orange juice. the hotel had a pretty courtyard area with lovely flowers.

We did experience a minor inconvenience during our stay when the door lock in our room didn't work upon arrival. However, the staff quickly responded and fixed the issue, minimizing any disruption to our plans.

The location of the hotel was amazing, we were close to the old town and shopping areas which made it easy to explore the city. the pool area was definitely the best aspect, we enjoyed the courtyard with a pool which was well maintained and provided a great space to relax. the breakfast was good and offered a variety of options including eggs, meat, cheese, yogurt, cereal.

Although the decor was plain, it wasn't a big issue. Our biggest problem was the noise from the street outside our room which disturbed our sleep at night.

We had an incredible stay at this hidden gem in Palma. The room was charming, with a high ceiling, comfortable bed, and a private terrace overlooking the pool. The staff, especially Daniela, were friendly and extremely helpful. The location was perfect, with great restaurants nearby and easy access to the Cathedral and shopping. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Palma.

The hotel is set in an old manor house in the Old Town, just a short walk from the Cathedral and main shopping areas. The pool area is a pretty little courtyard with plenty of sunbeds and chairs. The hosts were very welcoming and went out of their way to make our anniversary special with flowers and complimentary bubbly. The breakfast had a nice variety of choices, including local jams and Mallorcan delicacies.

The lack of an elevator. The stairs could be tiring, especially after a long day of sightseeing.
