We recently spent our Thanksgiving at a hotel in a lively and convenient neighborhood. The staff was extremely friendly and gave us great recommendations for local restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised with the fully adapted bathroom for people with mobility problems, and the rooftop terrace offered a stunning view of the city.

Our only issue was the thin walls, which made it difficult to sleep as we could hear our neighbors' conversations. we struggled with the lack of outlets near the bed, which made charging our devices inconvenient.

The hotel had a spacious and clean room with a comfortable bed and a nicely designed bathroom with a bidet. They also offered a special price for coffee and pastries at their cafe. The location was safe and although it was more of a local area, it was still within a 20-minute walk to the Prado. Additionally, the staff at the night desk were super friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service with a big smile.

With the morning desk staff, who seemed too busy to be of much help. Despite their initial claims of the computer working, it took them 15 minutes to realize it wasn't functioning properly.

The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par. There were noticeable issues with hairs in the bathroom, bed, and even on the floor.
