Great location, beautiful interior, helpful staff, new rooms, and close to the beach.

The hotel is very close to the beach, located right on a great square in the center of the city, and situated in the heart of everything. The cleanliness is top-notch, and the hotel facilities are fantastic. Additionally, the staff is extremely friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

We were pleasantly surprised by the modern bathroom in our room at Hotel Silken El Pilar Andalucia. The shower was great and the electronic light-up toilet/bidet was something we had never seen before - very impressive!

Excellent location in a pretty square, close to everything. Receptionist Sandra was efficient, friendly, and warm. The staff in general were very good. The hotel made the most of the available spaces with nice touches. Brand new room was a treat.

The rooms are recently renovated with comfortable beds and beautiful decor. The bathrooms have upgraded bidet toilets and light fixtures. The breakfast is first-rate, with a small continental buffet and delicious ready-to-order items. The staff is friendly and helpful, making guests feel welcome and special.

Some guests complained about the noise from early morning deliveries outside the hotel.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I even extended my stay to fully enjoy everything the hotel had to offer. Special mention goes to Lourdes, who went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. She is a true credit to Silken El Pilar Andalucia!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome, offering me a glass of bubbly while I checked in. The room itself was recently renovated and had all the comforts I could ask for. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, and the bathroom was absolutely stunning. I especially loved the upgraded bidet toilets with lights, which were a unique touch. The rooftop restaurant and bar were a highlight of my stay, offering breathtaking views of the city. The location of this hotel is unbeatable, with plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast was delicious, with both buffet and made-to-order options. the service, comfort, and quality of this hotel were top-notch. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this area!

We had a wonderful stay at a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of the city. The stunning views from the rooftop bar were a highlight, and the interior and exterior design of the hotel were simply gorgeous. The staff were professional and informative, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the local restaurants and enjoy the nearby beach.

Although we had a fantastic stay, there were a couple of minor inconveniences. We had to ask for additional toilet paper from the cleaners multiple times throughout our stay, and there were a few small amenities missing from the room, such as tissues and a shower cap.

We had an amazing value for our money at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The location was perfect, close to the beach, great restaurants, and the charming streets of Estepona. The staff, especially Isía at reception, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and helped us with our travel arrangements to Granada.

The breakfast option could be improved by having a wider selection of English menu items and having staff who are more fluent in English.
