There was nothing I didn't like.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in a central location. The room, though cozy, had all the amenities I needed. The comfortable beds provided a good night's sleep, and the breakfast selection was excellent. The view from the window was breathtaking, and the decor added a tasteful touch. The hotel's WiFi was reliable, and the air conditioning kept me cool during the hot July days. The staff was helpful, especially Rebecca, who went above and beyond to assist me in reaching my flight on time. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very conveniently located in the center, making it easy to explore the main tourist area. It is in close proximity to the city center, perfect for taking leisurely walks. The hotel offers a delicious breakfast with a great choice of options, and the staff are polite and friendly.

Some guests mentioned noise from outside, especially on weekends, which could be a potential disturbance during the stay.

We loved the spacious corner room with three big windows, offering plenty of natural light. The huge comfortable bed was a pleasant surprise, and the luxurious bathroom with a spa tub was a nice touch. The location was great, right in the center, close to the market and main square. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We also enjoyed the lovely breakfast and the option to order from a menu of pillows for added comfort.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location couldn't have been more perfect, right in the heart of the city center. I was just steps away from the vibrant and bustling Plaza Mayor. The staff provided top-notch service, always friendly and accommodating. They even spoke some English, which was a bonus. I felt like a VIP with their attentive and helpful attitude.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed two complementary facts that made our experience quite pleasant. the staff was very friendly and helpful, making our stay stress-free. the hotel had an excellent location, allowing us to easily explore the city and enjoy the festivities. the bathroom facilities were very practical and enjoyable.

Our stay was also marred with some negative aspects. There wasn't even a chair, which is something that we had expected.

The location of the hotel was ideal for our romantic escape. We could easily walk to all the main attractions in the area. having a laundromat next door was really convenient as we were able to freshen up our clothes during our stay. The room itself was beautiful and had a refrigerator, which was a nice touch.

the check-out process in the morning was quite long as there was only one person working at the front desk. This led to some unnecessary delays.
