The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for ferry arrivals and train journeys. The rooftop pool had great views. The breakfast was exceptional. The hotel was brand new with a great staff.

Amazing weekend at a hotel with a great design! Loved the complimentary mini bar first load and the fantastic decor of the hotel. Location is the perfect spot near all the attractions and shops. Our room had a fantastic view of the surrounding area. We felt really relaxed and chilled out during our stay here.

The restaurant service was poor one evening, we waited a long time for our main course and the doors kept letting in strong winds which was a bit uncomfortable while we were in the restaurant. But all in all, our stay was fantastic and we would definitely come back again and recommend it to others.

We had a fantastic weekend at Hotel & Spa La Residencia Puerto. the rooms were quality, soundproof, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. the attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive, with a Moroccan-inspired decor that had a modern twist. the rooftop pool offered amazing views, and we enjoyed swimming in the gorgeous water. the location was perfect, with easy access to the harbor, ferries, and the charming cafes along the seafront. the breakfast was exceptional, and we indulged a bit too much because it was so delicious. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
