The location was convenient, close to the Cathedral. There is a lovely bar right in front of the hotel where you can enjoy delicious local seafood. The staff were friendly and made my stay enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a good variety of fresh bread, cheese, and ham. I had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this hotel.

The initial interaction with the receptionist, who seemed grumpy and unhelpful upon arrival. the bathroom had a unpleasant smell and there was no proper view from the room, only facing a building and some kind of fan.

stayed here before a few years ago, was not satisfied. but this time, at Sur, the renovated room on the 3rd floor was brand new, comfortable, and well-lit. the location is central and the staff are friendly and helpful. exceeded expectations.
