The location of this hotel is fantastic, right on the edge of the historic centre. It was easy for me to explore the beautiful city without having to walk too far. Additionally, the transportation options were convenient, with the bus stop and taxi stand just a few steps away.

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy hotel just outside the busy historic core of the city. The location was perfect, with the bus from the airport right outside the entrance. The room was recently renovated and very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had all the necessary toiletries. The staff were professional and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. We also enjoyed the quiet park just a two-minute walk away. it was a convenient, comfortable, and enjoyable experience.

The elevators could use some improvement as they were a bit shaky.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the city, as it is right in the heart of the old area of ​​Santiago. Additionally, it is conveniently located near the airport bus stop, making transportation to and from the hotel very easy. The staff at the hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to provide excellent service. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

there was a strong and unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom, which made the whole room smell. the room was not worth the money spent.

The best feature is actually outside this hotel. the bus to the airport stops right in front, and it's the first stop, i. e. empty bus. If you catch this airport bus at the later stops. it was a short walk to the bars, restaurants, and the Cathedral, so it was quite convenient.

The rooms were extremely small and noisy as right next to the road. the bathroom smelt revolting which obviously caused the whole room to smell.

the hotel never fails to impress, exceeding my expectations every time i visit santiago de compostela. the staff's friendliness and efficiency, along with the convenient location, made my stay truly enjoyable. from easy transportation options to nearby attractions, everything was perfect.

Convenient location for pilgrims, close to cathedral and airport shuttle bus stop. Friendly and professional staff. Clean rooms with ample hot water supply. Good breakfast options available. Nearby restaurants offer various choices for every taste and budget. a great budget option for exploring Galicia.

The shower was great, and the view of the Cathedral from my window was very special. The 24/7 reception was convenient, and I appreciated that the bus tour to Finisterre and Muxia stops right in front of the hotel. The bus to the airport was also easily accessible, just a 2-minute walk away. Additionally, I found some nice breakfast places nearby. The beds were comfy, and despite it being a very cold night, I had a nice quiet night. The big size room was a bonus.

Everything was clean and modern, and the staff was friendly and spoke English well. A big plus was the bus stop right outside the hotel, making it convenient for getting to the airport. a fantastic experience.

wifi was disappointing

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, very close to the cathedral for pilgrims finishing the Camino. The view from our room on the rooftop level was superb, overlooking the historic quarters and cathedral. The hotel provided a discount parking arrangement with a nearby garage, which was a great deal at less than 10EUR for a secured car park. The staff were extremely helpful, allowing us to check in half an hour earlier than the usual time and assisting us in finding a cheaper bus to the airport.

Great location near the airport bus stop and the old town. The room was clean and quiet, allowing me to open windows for fresh air. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom facilities were decent. The staff were helpful and charming. I highly recommend this hotel for its value and convenience.
