During our romantic escape, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything. We loved being able to easily explore the city and experience everything it had to offer. The daily cleaning service was a nice touch, with our room being tidied up and fresh towels provided. Additionally, having a little two-room apartment with a kitchen, hairdryer, fridge.

One aspect that could be improved is the lack of clear signage or direction upon arrival. It was a bit frustrating and stressful trying to find the correct location and check-in process, especially when there was no indication that we needed to go elsewhere to check-in.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the heart of the city center. It is conveniently situated relatively close to the metro, allowing for easy access to other parts of the city. it is next to everything we wanted to explore in Madrid, with countless restaurants, bars, and tourist attractions nearby. The room was comfortable, with a comfortable bed and a well-functioning shower.

The walls of the hotel were quite thin, which made it easy to hear noise from the corridors and neighboring rooms.

The location was perfect, being very central and easy to find. the room was clean and surprisingly spacious, with all the necessary amenities such as a microwave and kettle. the host, although not fluent in English, was always helpful and accommodating. We also appreciated the secure storage space for our luggage. it was a great room and excellent value for the price.

Our stay at Ava Rooms was delightful. The location was perfect, just a minute walk from Gran Vía. The room was cozy and clean, with all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped, with a microwave, toaster, and kettle. The wifi was excellent, the best we've had in Spain. I highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic location and thoughtful provisions.

the location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the city. Being so close to Gran Via was perfect for exploring Madrid. the room was clean and well-maintained, and the 24-hour reception was a bonus for our late arrival. there were great coffee places and dinner spots right outside our doorstep. Ava Rooms provided great value for money and we highly recommend it for a convenient and enjoyable stay.
