The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the swimming pool where we had loads of fun jumping and playing. The location was perfect for us, as it was not too close to the busy center. It was just a 10-minute walk to the beach, but there was also a convenient bus service available. The staff at the hotel, especially the reception crew, were amazing. They were always happy to help and even went the extra mile in calling a doctor when needed. One of the standout features was the reusable cups at the bar, which was a great eco-friendly idea. We also appreciated the efforts of one of the cooks who grilled a bun for our daughter with food sensory issues. The food options were plentiful, with something for everyone. Our only suggestion would be to add regular small pancakes to the breakfast menu, as kids love them. our experience at this hotel was fantastic and we highly recommend it to families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

They had a variety of options available, and the biggest plus was the swimming pool. It was perfect for having fun with activities like jumping. The location of the hotel was also ideal, not too close to the busy center but only a 10-minute walk to the beach. The reception crew was amazing, always happy to help, even arranging for a doctor to come to the hotel when needed. The reusable cups at the bar were a great idea, and one of the cooks even grilled a bun for my daughter who has food sensory issues. The food options were good overall, with plenty of choices every day, although I would suggest adding regular small plane pancakes to the breakfast menu for kids.
