We had a great stay at this hotel. the staff at Hsm Lago Park were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist us with any questions or issues we had. the beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the pool bar was a pleasant place to relax. the rooms were a good size and the pool area was enjoyable. the hotel's location was ideal for us as we were there for the Mallorca 312 cycle event. the local beach, just a five-minute walk away, was also really nice.

Excellent location, close to beach, shops, restaurants, and bus stop. Clean rooms with comfortable beds and extra pillows available. Good facilities including two pools and a garden with a bar. Efficient cleaning staff and well-equipped apartments. Modern shower and comfortable sleeping arrangements.

Great value for money - I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Playa de Muro. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the spaciousness of the apartment and the amenities provided. Attentive staff - From the moment I arrived, the hotel staff greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. They were friendly and always ready to assist with any queries or requests I had. Convenient location - This hotel is situated in the beautiful bay of Alcudia, allowing for easy access to the shops, restaurants, and the stunning beach nearby. It was a perfect base for exploring the area.

No major issues - All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and exceeded my expectations.

The hotel offers a spacious room with a comfortable bed and an excellent pool area. the location is also very convenient, close to both the beach and the town center. the staff was friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable.

There was a lack of soundproofing in the room, which meant that noise from the nearby bar and other guests could be heard throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. the room also had a damp smell, possibly due to poor ventilation, which was not pleasant.

The location of this place is mind-blowing, with the beach and numerous restaurants and bars just a short walk away. The staff here are absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to make sure we had a jaw-dropping stay. The apartment itself was super comfortable and clean, with everything we needed. The view from our room was simply stunning. The cleanness of the hotel was top-notch. We didn't try the food or use the pool, but we did enjoy the fun bingo night, although it could have been more frequent. our stay was absolutely fantastic and we can't wait to come back!

My recent stay at this hotel was fantastic. the staff at Hsm Lago Park were incredibly nice and always helpful. the food was delicious and there was a wide variety to choose from. the hotel is just a short distance from the beach, although it can be quite crowded. with a car, we were able to explore different beaches each day and found that they were much less crowded. the accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I highly recommend this hotel and Mallorca in general.
