Amazing rooms, great bedding, lovely breakfast, attentive staff, stunning beach.

Nothing for me.

During our stay at Iberostar Portals Nous, we were impressed by the modern and fun decor throughout the hotel. The flower pot design on the table mirror added a unique touch. The staff was friendly and relaxed, making us feel welcome from the moment of check-in. Our basic room was spacious and had two separate bathroom sinks, which made getting ready in the mornings much easier. We appreciated the complimentary fig fruit and chocolates left for us. The gym was clean and equipped with brand new machines, including towel and water bottle service. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a variety of Spanish dishes, and the a la carte options were delicious. The valet parking service for our rental car was efficient and the attendants were always smiling and helpful. we had a relaxed and refined experience.

The rooms are stunning with high-quality bedding. The breakfast is lovely. There were a few teething issues, but the manager quickly resolved them. The beach is breathtaking.

This hotel impressed me from the moment I arrived. the luxurious amenities were just what I needed for a relaxing getaway. the Spa & wellness centre was truly outstanding, and the massage left me feeling rejuvenated. the indoor swimming pool was beautiful and the sauna was a great way to wind down after a long day. the sun terrace was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the view. the location is great, with beach access just steps away. the staff was friendly and attentive, always making sure my needs were met.

The lack of live entertainment. While there was a bar and lounge area, there were no nightly shows or music performances.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The beachfront location was fantastic, with clear waters and a beautiful view. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and they even accommodated my gluten-free dietary requirements by offering a selection of gluten-free breads and pastries. The penthouse suite was absolutely fantastic, with stunning views and a rooftop hot tub. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness of the room was impeccable. Additionally, the hotel's location down by the harbor of this city, sheltered by cliff faces on both sides, added to its charm.

The hotel is in a prime location, close to a beautiful beach where sun loungers and umbrellas can be rented. the breakfast buffet was exceptional and the staff was always polite and helpful. the outdoor pool on the 7th floor offered an amazing view of the surrounding area and was a great place to relax and sunbathe.

The hotel can be a bit pricey, so it might not be suitable for budget travelers. the wellness area on the 4th floor was small, which might not be enough for some guests looking for a full spa experience.
