I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel here and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel on a long promenade was perfect, with direct access to the beach. The hotel was surrounded by a beautiful garden area, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The service and housekeeping were top-notch, with friendly staff always willing to help. I also appreciated the variety of amenities provided, such as shops for any last-minute needs and laundry facilities to keep things convenient. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a refreshing welcome drink, which was a nice touch. I also noticed that the hotel offered tours and ticket assistance, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

We had a fantastic family holiday at a beautiful resort, located close to the beach. The pool area was spacious with plenty of sun loungers to laze around in, and we enjoyed taking evening strolls along the promenade after dinner. Our room was nicely furnished, with comfortable beds and minimal outside noise. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet offered a diverse range of tasty options, including fresh bread and fruits.

One minor inconvenience was the lack of shops near the hotel, as the seafront only had restaurants and bars.

The rooms are cozy with spacious bathrooms and balconies. The beds are comfortable with a variety of pillows. The staff is efficient, friendly, and well-organized. The meals offer a wide selection, ensuring a different experience each day. A cheerful atmosphere, making it hard not to greet everyone with enthusiasm.

this stay at torrox was amazing, ibero*star truly impressed us with their polite staff, excellent location right on the prom and beach, and delicious buffet-style food. the one bed apartment was a bit cramped, but the pool and gardens were lovely. can't wait to return with family next month for a longer stay!

The hotel's location is excellent for those who are looking for a relaxing getaway. Situated on the beachfront, guests can enjoy long walks along the promenade or take a dip in the pool. There are a variety of shops and restaurants within walking distance, making it easy to explore the local area. One of the best aspects of this hotel is the staff, who were always welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. the room was spacious and clean, providing us with a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The dining experience was not up to our expectations, with the dining room frequently crowded and noisy during peak hours. Although the food was tasty, the dining area was reminiscent of a school canteen rather than a relaxing dining experience.

We had an amazing stay at a spacious room with a balcony and pool/sea view. The room was cleaned daily and we enjoyed the themed dinners, which made each evening dining experience different and exciting. The hotel's location just steps away from the beach and promenade was perfect, and we loved the 20-minute walk to the lighthouse. The staff was helpful and pleasant, and the Star Camp program for children offered plenty of activities. The mobile app was also very useful during our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and the Sea-view Junior Suite.
