Nothing that I didn't like.

I had the most amazing time at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location is simply stunning with breathtaking views of the sea and beach. The Infinity pool overlooking the beautiful beach was an absolute highlight, and I loved relaxing in the jacuzzi. The sunbeds were the most comfortable I have ever experienced, and there was always plenty of them, so no need to worry about finding a place to relax. The open bar serving champagne, branded alcohol, and soft drinks including coffee and snacks until 6 pm was a fantastic perk. I couldn't ask for a better place to sunbathe outside our room with a little Jacuzzi.

Highly recommended for families.

Great location near the beach and many shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. the staff were friendly and welcoming. the food was tasty and there was a good variety of dishes to choose from, including local specialties. the New Year's Eve party was fantastic, with live music and a fireworks display.

The room could use some updating, especially the bathroom. the Wi-Fi signal was weak and inconsistent.

The hotel is located near Morro Jable region, right next to the beach which is also perfect for a relaxing stroll. The rooms are spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The service provided by the friendly staff is exceptional, making sure all your needs are met. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, including fresh fish and different meat dishes. The hotel also has a tapas bar where you can enjoy a glass of champagne in the evening.

There can be some annoyances with the rules about the safe box key deposit and towel exchange.

We had a great stay in this luxurious hotel. The rooms and public areas were very clean, and the food was perfect with a wide variety of choices. The bars stayed open until 1AM, offering a great selection of drinks. The evening animation was also very enjoyable and entertaining.

The only potential drawback is that there are steps down to the beach, which could pose a challenge for those with limited mobility. However, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring that all guests were taken care of.
