I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Alicante. The cleanliness of the room and ensuite was impeccable. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning kept the room cool. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a lovely terrace where I could enjoy food and drinks. The staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant, offering me a local bus timetable and map of the city. The hotel's location close to the airport was perfect for my overnight stay before an early morning flight. Additionally, the secure parking provided peace of mind. The breakfast at the hotel was also excellent, offering a wide variety of options.

Stayed here for a lovely Christmas break. the staff were friendly and helpful, always available to answer questions about the area. the room was warm and comfortable, with individually-controlled air conditioning/heating. I also appreciated the free on-site parking and free Wi-Fi, which made our stay very convenient. the location was quiet, allowing us to have a peaceful holiday.

The service at the restaurant in the evening was slow, it took quite a long time to get a drink. the dinner options were not very impressive, with the steak being quite thin and the chicken hamburger being dry.

Great coffee, budget-friendly breakfast, comfortable bed, large shower, quiet location, lovely sea view.

We have stayed at Ibis many times and always had a great experience. the reception staff are friendly and helpful, and our bedroom was clean and comfortable with fresh linen and towels. the breakfast looked good, but we didn't have much as we left early. the staff even made us free coffee and fresh juice. we had a pleasant stay.
