The hotel exceeded my expectations, it didn't feel like a budget hotel at all. The room, although small, was incredibly well-designed and kept spotlessly clean every day. The receptionists, especially Yum Bean, were fantastic and always willing to help. The location was ideal, just a 2-minute walk from the train station and a short distance from the city center. There were also plenty of bars in the safe surrounding area. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We recently stayed at Ibis Budget in a very advantageous location, close to the San Mames metro station and bus station. It was convenient for catching an early bus to nearby cities and the airport. the room was pleasant, with a great shower. the reception staff were very helpful when we requested extra towels. it was good value for money.

the hotel is brand new and has a modern design that is both stylish and inviting. the location is excellent, especially if you need to catch a bus as it is in close proximity to the Bilbao Intermodal bus station. One thing I really appreciated about the rooms is that they are quiet, which made for a peaceful night of sleep. it was easy to get around the city using the nearby metro, and we were able to walk to many attractions as well. the staff at the hotel were friendly and efficient, which added to the overall positive experience.
