The staff at the hotel were extremely welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. the continental breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was one of the best we've had. the hotel's location was perfect, just a short 10-minute walk to the historic part of town and with a beautiful park right across the street.

The air conditioning in our room was not working properly, leaving the room uncomfortably hot. We also wished that the hotel provided complimentary bottled water and tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

We loved the location of the hotel, as it was close to the city centre and the main plaza. Additionally, it was situated next to a beautiful park, which was perfect for exercising our dog. The hotel facilities were clean and bright, and the recently refurbished rooms were superb, offering a lovely view of the park. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, with a wide selection of options to choose from. The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.

During our Christmas stay, we really liked the convenient location of the hotel. It was situated close to main roads, making it easy for us to travel to Portugal and France. the hotel had a lovely park nearby where we could take a stroll and enjoy some outdoor activities. the quiet and comfortable bedrooms were also a plus, providing a peaceful atmosphere for a good night's sleep.

One aspect that we disliked about the hotel was the dark grey decor. It felt a bit gloomy and depressing, especially in the second-floor bedrooms and corridors.

Convenient location for visiting the Cathedral and main eating center. Close to a large square with shops. Tight car parking but manageable. Reception open until past 12 AM. Late parking checkout available for tourism. Helpful staff, provided extra pillows and separate beds. Good room size with nice views. Easily accessible to the main tourist area. Great shower and excellent breakfast. Receptionist gave nice tips for visiting the city. Convenient parking for a small fee.

The breakfast at this hotel was delicious with a good range of food to choose from. the room was lovely and very comfortable, providing a great place to relax after a day of exploring. the staff were all very friendly and helpful, providing us with a map of the area and giving us information about the historical buildings and how to get there. This was extremely helpful and allowed us to make the most of our short stay. the hotel is also located in a key location, making it easy to access the main attractions of the city.

The only downside we experienced was the limited number of electrical plugs in the room, which made it a bit difficult to charge all of our devices. the lighting in the room was quite poor, making it a bit difficult to see at times.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I recently stayed at Ibis in Salamanca for a few nights and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The location was ideal, as it was just a short walk away from the historic center of the city. We were lucky enough to be there during the Salamanca Festival and enjoyed the festivities without any disturbance in our quiet rooms. The hotel is situated opposite a lovely park, providing a picturesque view from our room. The clean and well-lit underground car park was a big plus, with direct lift access to our room floor. this was the best Ibis hotel I have stayed at so far.

Everything is perfect, exactly what I needed and wanted.

Comfortable room, clean facilities, and convenient location near a park. We appreciated being able to dine in the foyer with our dog, although higher tables would have been ideal. While the menu could have had more options for non-meat eaters, the breakfast was satisfactory, but we would have liked a warm choice like eggs. The hotel staff were generally helpful and accommodating. we had a decent stay at the hotel.

I had a great stay at Ibis Salamanca. The location was perfect, with a pleasant park nearby and easy access to the historic center. The room was comfortable and clean, with a good shower. The staff was extremely helpful, especially the receptionist with the moustache who went above and beyond to solve a car hire issue for us. The underground parking was a bit tight, but manageable. I highly recommend this hotel for its great value and excellent service.

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in dit hotel. De locatie in het hart van de stad was perfect, waardoor we gemakkelijk toegang hadden tot de historische oude stad en alle bezienswaardigheden. De hotelkamers waren schoon en goed onderhouden. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en we genoten van de verse broodjes en goede koffie. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ze gaven ons nuttige informatie en advies.

Geen klachten. Alles was geweldig!
