For the price we paid, we got great value and the room was perfect, cozy and with a comfortable bed. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the city center and surrounded by restaurants and cafes. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Comfortable and spacious rooms, with modern furnishings and a clean bathroom. The staff at reception were helpful and check-in/check-out was quick and hassle-free. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of fresh and tasty options.

Some rooms had issues with shower doors and maintenance, with equipment and surfaces appearing worn and in need of repair. The cleanliness of the floors could be improved, as there were stains and leftover hairs from previous guests.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, from providing fresh towels to storing our drinks in the fridge. We felt very welcomed and would definitely return in the future. Despite the hotel's overall appearance being well-maintained, the floor in our room was never fully cleaned. Walking barefoot quickly resulted in dirty feet, and we also noticed a significant amount of dust under the beds.

As a light sleeper, I loved how close the hotel was to the main attractions and metro stations. The cleaning was done daily, ensuring a tidy room and hotel. The staff were friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed.
