Perfect location for exploring, comfortable room and helpful staff. We loved that the hotel had a gym. Our room was not ready on check-in, but we were able to store our bags securely until it was. a great stay and I would recommend it.

We had a great weekend in our hotel. the staff was super helpful and friendly, even offering us complimentary beverages upon arrival and a tasty breakfast spread each morning. the location was perfect, just steps away from a main metro station and within easy walking distance to some of the city’s top attractions. We especially enjoyed the comfortable beds and plush pillows, which made for a great night’s sleep after a long day of sightseeing.

The temperature in our room was a bit chilly and we couldn't seem to get the heater working, but the extra blankets provided by the front desk came in handy. our room faced a less-than-inspiring view of a nearby building's wall, which wasn't the most enjoyable view to wake up to.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, at a slope and near a metro stop. We were able to easily explore the city, while staying in a very quite neighborhood. The staff was very friendly and helpful, offering room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping. The room amenities were fantastic, including an iron, air conditioning, tea/coffee facilities, mini-bar. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options, including special diet menus. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities, like the fitness centre and TV room, and the free Wi-Fi in public areas.
