Perfect location for exploring, comfortable room and helpful staff. We loved that the hotel had a gym. Our room was not ready on check-in, but we were able to store our bags securely until it was. a great stay and I would recommend it.

The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and housekeeping available. The room itself was well-equipped with modern amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a safe. The comfortable bed and clean room made me feel right at home.

We had a great weekend in our hotel. The staff was super helpful and friendly, even offering us complimentary beverages upon arrival and a tasty breakfast spread each morning. The location was perfect, just steps away from a main metro station and within easy walking distance to some of the city’s top attractions. We especially enjoyed the comfortable beds and plush pillows, which made for a great night’s sleep after a long day of sightseeing.

There were a couple of things we didn't love about our stay. The temperature in our room was a bit chilly and we couldn't seem to get the heater working, but the extra blankets provided by the front desk came in handy.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, at a slope and near a metro stop. We were able to easily explore the city, while staying in a very quite neighborhood. The staff was very friendly and helpful, offering room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping. The room amenities were fantastic, including an iron, air conditioning, tea/coffee facilities, mini-bar. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options, including special diet menus. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities, like the fitness centre and TV room, and the free Wi-Fi in public areas.
