The hotel had grand public rooms with lots of marble, giving it a classy and elegant atmosphere. The staff were efficient, welcoming, and attentive from the start to the end of my stay. The breakfast offered a wide range of European and Asian choices, which was excellent. The location was convenient, with a metro station just a 5-minute walk away. It was easy to get to the bars, restaurants, and other attractions of the city.

The noise level in my room was high, and as a light sleeper, it was difficult for me to get a good night's sleep. The hotel was a bit far from the town center, requiring a metro ride to reach the popular Sol area.

They promptly couriered it to my next destination and even called the next hotel to explain the situation to them. The staff was generous, kind, and extremely thoughtful throughout my stay. The staff, especially the door-men and Mr Clau Buchmeier at reception, were friendly and helpful.
