Pro: The value for our money at Isla Mallorca & Spa was excellent, the room was comfortable and clean with a stunning view from our terrace. The location was great, just a short walk from the town center, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We loved staying in this hotel because it's located in a lovely and quiet area with local shops and bars nearby. This place is well-located and within a 20-25 minute walking distance to the city centre. The staff, particularly the receptionists, were very attentive and focused on providing quality service. The rooms are equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, a safe, ironing facilities, and free toiletries. The spa and wellness centre with its infinity pool, steam room, and Turkish bath made for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

We were pleasantly surprised with our room on the 1st floor. Although it didn't have a balcony, the window overlooked a car park and provided a nice view. The room was basic but comfortable enough for three adults. The bathroom had a powerful shower, although the frosted glass doors weren't very private. We appreciated the breakfast options and the fact that we could borrow cups from the bar area for our morning coffee. The hotel's location was convenient, and we found it easy to walk to most places. The facilities at the hotel were fantastic, with two outdoor pools, a spa, and a gym. The beds were also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

There were some downsides to our stay. Getting a cup of coffee before 8 am was impossible, which was inconvenient for early risers or business travelers.

Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood with easy parking. Good and varied breakfast, with fresh fruits and freshly squeezed orange juice. Friendly and helpful chef at breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms, with a jacuzzi bath and rain shower in the bathroom. The gym, spa, and pool area were clean and exceeded expectations.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The breakfasts were superb and the staff serving us were friendly and attentive. The hotel is located in a lovely residential area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, yet still close enough for easy access via public transportation. We also enjoyed the quietness of the hotel's surroundings.

The location is great because it is near the center but away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast offers a variety of options, including fruits, cereals, breads, and cooked items. The hotel also has outdoor seating areas and a nice lounge. the location and facilities make it a pleasant place to stay.

Some of the reception team were a bit abrupt.

The free drinks and mince pies were a lovely touch during Xmas time. Great location, close to the beach and the city center. Loved the infinity pool with a stunning view.

Room was dated, our window had a slight leak and it was quite chilly. the staff were not friendly enough, they could have been more engaging and welcoming during the festive season.

On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located close to the Marina, offering easy access to a variety of bars and restaurants. the comfortable bar/reception area provided a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation.

The hotel staff's friendliness left much to be desired and the room facilities were surprisingly basic for a 4-star hotel.

had a fantastic stay at a lovely hotel in palma de mallorca. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the buffet services provided delicious food. the spa facilities were great value for money, and our room had stunning views of the port. a quiet location but still close to restaurants and about a 15-20 minute walk to the city center.

Beds were uncomfortable.
