I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location in the heart of the old town was perfect, with numerous tapas bars just a stone's throw away. The hotel facilities were modern and comfortable, with a newly renovated bathroom and a super comfy bed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing me with great advice on getting around and key sites to visit in the city. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and I loved the small balcony where I could enjoy my drink and people watch.

Located in the heart of a bustling area with plenty of cafes, bars, and restaurants. the staff were friendly and offered helpful advice on getting around. the room was great value for money, with a comfortable bed and a bathroom equipped with a good shower. It was also a bonus to have a hand wash and a hairdryer provided.

The lack of an elevator meant having to carry luggage up the stairs. the shower stall was quite small.

The building itself is full of character and charm, with exposed stone walls and antique furnishings. My room was spacious and comfortable, and I loved having a balcony to enjoy the view. The only drawback was the noise from outside and the thin walls. It was a bit loud at night, especially on weekends, and I could hear the guests in the next room quite clearly.

We had a wonderful stay at Iturrienea Ostatua. the location in the old part of town was perfect for us, with plenty of restaurants and a market within walking distance. the first-floor facility had a cozy and inviting living room, and our room was clean and comfortable. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially Juan Manuel and Daniel, who made us feel welcome and provided us with useful information. We also enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated the availability of tea and coffee throughout our stay. we were very happy with our experience and would definitely consider staying here again.
