loved my stay in madrid and jc rooms santa ana was the best part! perfect location, friendly staff, and charming rooms with unique character. a bonus was the free walking tour. definitely exceeded my expectations for a holiday in madrid.

Great location, 4 min walk to Puerta Del Sol. Friendly staff at 24h reception. Modern, nicely decorated room with air conditioning. Free Pepsi and water in the fridge, restocked daily. Would stay again!

Great central location, deco style, well-equipped with towels and toiletries. Excellent treatment of reservation issue. Close to museums and old town. Quiet room with fridge and free drinks.

We had a great time at Jc Rooms Santa Ana. The location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Sol and the Metro. We loved the fact that there were nice restaurants and cafes down the street, making it convenient for us to find good places to eat. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were nicely decorated and spacious. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the minibar included free Pepsi and water, and we even received free toiletries, including a toothbrush with toothpaste. It made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

Great location just off Plaza del Sol, perfect base for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and the wifi was good. Despite being in a central area, the hotel was surprisingly quiet at night. The room was basic but good value for money. I'll recommend this hotel for a short stay in Madrid.

Delightful experience with a central yet cozy location and easy access to metro. Clean and cozy rooms with a quirky touch. Very helpful personnel who spoke good English. Extended my stay and got a spacious three-person room.

This hotel is located in a lovely area of the old town, close to restaurants, bars, and the metro station. The reception area always has someone available to help guests, and the rooms are spotlessly clean. The beds are comfortable and the internet works well. The hotel is also conveniently located near a shuttle bus to the airport and has a large sign attached to the wall, making it easy to locate.

The room can be a bit cramped, especially for longer stays.

This hotel was in the perfect spot for our weekend getaway. It was walking distance to all the attractions we wanted to see, and there were so many great restaurants and bars nearby. We loved that the room came stocked with free water and soda, and the quirky decor was a fun touch.

The shower door did leak a bit, but it was a minor issue. , the stairs up to our room were a bit slippery, so a handrail would have been helpful.
