I recently stayed at Jumeirah in Port de Soller and had an amazing experience. The rooms were spacious with a great balcony and well-equipped. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, and I want to give a special mention to a dedicated lifeguard in the children's pool. The spa and pools were fantastic, and the staff were always helpful. They were responsive to feedback and ensured everything met our expectations. I highly recommend this hotel.

During our stay at Jumeirah, we were delighted with the stunning views of the mountains, port, and sea. The sunsets were truly spectacular. Our room was spacious and had a fantastic air-conditioning system. The attention to detail from the cleaning staff was exceptional, even providing a cleaning cloth for our sunglasses. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, including milk and gluten-free alternatives. The amenities of the hotel, including the pools, fitness center, and spa, were top-notch. The staff, especially the doormen/porters/valets, were attentive and made us feel spoiled. Despite some shortcomings, overall we would recommend this hotel for its comfort and beautiful location.

The location of the sushi restaurant in Jumeirah Port Soller Hotel & Spa is fantastic. Situated on a mountain, this restaurant offers breathtaking views of the surrounding area, making it a great spot for a romantic dinner or a special occasion. The ambiance is top-notch, with elegant decor and attentive service, providing a luxurious dining experience.

The hotel's gym facilities are limited, with only a few basic machines available for guests to use.

The hotel exceeded all my expectations. the staff were attentive and accommodating, making sure that every request was fulfilled. the breathtaking views of the mountains and sea were a particular highlight, adding to the peaceful and relaxing environment. the swimming pools were both great and refreshing after a long day of work.

The limited dining options and the prices that were exorbitant. the selection of food was average and not well worth the steep prices.

Luxurious and exclusive amenities This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities. the spa and wellness centre was exceptional, with a wide range of treatments including body scrub, massage and beauty treatments. the indoor and outdoor swimming pools were also first, rate, with Jacuzzis and a sauna to complete the relaxation experience. Beach access was available along with solariums. the restaurant offered delicious food, with options for special diets. Private facilities, such as treatment rooms and open, air baths, added to the luxurious experience.

As youngsters, we absolutely loved the infinity pool with its breathtaking view. The rooms were faultless with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The staff were excellent in every aspect and the breakfast spread was amazing. We also enjoyed the well-equipped gym and fast wifi. one of the best hotels we've been to.
