Pleasant stay with some improvements needed

The breakfast was good and the location of the hotel was excellent. the staff were friendly and the pool area was well-maintained. there were issues with the cleanliness of the pool, lack of information provided at check-in, and unreliable WiFi. Some improvements in these areas would make for a more enjoyable stay.

Paying for parking and lacking tea & coffee provisions were hiccups. WiFi snags and missing room info sprinkled humor on the experience.
