loved the 24/7 reception, felt safe and secure. Balcony doors provided a refreshing breeze and when closed, the AC made for a great sleep. Quiet location, perfect for exploring both the old and new town.

The location of the hotel is ideal, situated on the outskirts of the old town and away from all the busy areas. It is close to bars and restaurants, perfect for exploring the local nightlife. right next to the hotel is a pizza restaurant that serves amazing pizzas, a great option for a quick and tasty meal.

The bar service at the hotel was not up to par, with the bar staff being grumpy and unhelpful.

As young people, we loved the friendly and helpful staff who were always available. The rooms were practical, clean, and spacious with great views and functioning amenities. The outdoor area with the swimming pool and lounge chairs was a perfect place to relax. The location was ideal, close to the lively strip and beachfront but in a quieter area.

I recently stayed at Era Park for an overnight function, and I was pleasantly surprised by the nice and clean room with a lovely balcony and sea view. The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the old town, a supermarket nearby, and a short walk to the beach and nightlife. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel offered great views of the old town. a reasonably priced and comfortable stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at La Era Park! The apartment was spacious and had magnificent views from the balcony. The location was perfect, with the bus and tram stations within easy walking distance. Being in such a tall building, we enjoyed panoramic views of the area. The beach was only a 5-minute walk away, and there were plenty of supermarkets, bars, and restaurants in the vicinity. Cristina, the receptionist, was incredibly kind and helpful, and she even granted our request for a sea view apartment. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making us feel right at home. we had a fantastic time and enjoyed every moment at La Era Park.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Benidorm. The friendly staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and our room had everything we needed, including a lovely balcony with a great view. The hotel facilities, including the pool and bar, were also excellent. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to both the lively nightlife and the quieter tapas bars in the old town. we were very impressed with the friendly staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the convenient location.
