This hotel is a great value for money, offering comfortable rooms with lovely balconies and beautiful en-suite bathrooms. The location, right opposite the Town Hall and near Las Canteras beach and the marina, is perfect for exploring the city. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Plus, the complimentary breakfast is an added bonus.

I had a fantastic stay at a charming boutique hotel in Gran Canaria. The hotel was in a perfect location, close to the beach and within walking distance of the Old Town. The room was spacious and immaculate, with a comfortable bed and a balcony. The owner, Marisa, was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. She even arranged airport transfers for me. The hotel had a lovely quiet atmosphere, and the daily breakfast was delicious and great value for money. I also appreciated the little touches, like a gift for my birthday during my stay. It was clear that the owner takes great pride in maintaining high standards. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Gran Canaria.

I did experience some Wi-Fi connectivity issues on the upper floor of the hotel. Although the signal strength was okay, the connection was unstable at times.

The room was clean and cozy, and the air conditioning was great. The hotel was conveniently located, and we could walk to all the attractions we wanted to see. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a city break. One more thing that we really enjoyed was the lovely garden in the backyard.

It would have been nice to have tea and coffee-making facilities in the room. However, coffee was available in the lounge area.

Transportation was also convenient, with taxis readily available and public transportation nearby.
