They were responsive to our needs and went out of their way to ensure our comfort, even providing us with a courtesy voucher for drinks during our visit to Tabernas.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, providing me with a bottle of water upon arrival. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the hot weather. I also enjoyed walking along the great seafront promenade, right near the hotel.
