I had a great experience staying at this hotel. the rooms were huge and very clean, and I particularly liked the fact that the pool was gently heated. the food was also very good, with a good variety on offer. the staff were friendly and dedicated, always willing to help. Despite the beds being a bit hard for our liking, the staff took note of this and added an extra duvet underneath to make it more comfortable.

Almost perfect 👌. Some staff were nice, but the cleaning lady didn't respect the "do not disturb" sign, entering the room multiple times.

The room was beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean. We loved the well-maintained grounds and pool area. the food was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the staff in the restaurant were hardworking and always pleasant.

The evening entertainment was not very good and catered more towards Italian guests. the grumpy lady in the restaurant sometimes made us feel rushed to finish our meals.

I stayed at this 4-star hotel for one night and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, right in the center of town, close to all the shops, restaurants, and the beach. The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. They even managed to arrange adjoining rooms for us upon arrival, which was a great convenience. The rooms were modern and bright, and the entire hotel was impeccably clean. The food at the restaurant was delicious and freshly prepared, with a good variety for both vegetarians and meat eaters. The entertainment facilities were also excellent, with both indoor and outdoor spaces available.

There isn't much to fault about this hotel, as almost everything was fabulous. If I had to recommend it to families, I would say that it is a great choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Had a great Xmas holiday at this hotel! The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do. We loved the fact that the pool was gently heated and we could swim comfortably. The food at the buffet was varied and we always found something tasty to eat. a fantastic holiday experience!

Although our Xmas holiday at this hotel was enjoyable, there were a couple of downsides. The entertainment provided by the Italian tour group was mostly in Italian, which made it a bit difficult for non-Italian speakers to fully enjoy.

Modern decor, bright rooms. Tasty and freshly prepared food. Great location, close to shops and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms with all necessities. Resident entertainment team improved

I returned to this lovely hotel again for a Christmas/NY stay, and it was even better than before. The Animation/Entertainment Team now includes all guests, which made a big difference. The hotel is clean and well-situated with a nice breeze. The kids' pool area is great, and the fresh pizza and pudding selection is amazing. The staff at the pool bar were fantastic and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the food is varied with options for vegetarians and meat eaters. The main pool is heated, and the hotel is child-friendly. Gary from the sister hotel took us on a wonderful volcano walk.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
