Located right on the edge of the historic part of town, this hotel offers easy access to all the tourist places of interest. The spacious rooms, including the superior studio, are beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options including fresh orange juice. The hotel also features a spa for relaxation. Guests have access to public parking just next to the hotel, making it convenient for those with cars.

The menu for the half board option is not great, which may disappoint guests who choose this option.

The hotel is well located, friendly staff, spacious room with cooking facilities, comprehensive breakfast options, amazing jet tub, quiet courtyard.

I had a wonderful stay at Laguna Nivaria Hotel & Spa. The hotel is located in the charming old town of La Laguna, which made for a great atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy sitting area and a well-equipped kitchenette. The hotel also offers a delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the rich coffee and fresh fruit. I had a fantastic experience at Laguna Nivaria Hotel & Spa and would highly recommend it for a pleasant stay in La Laguna.

Great fruit shop nearby with amazing quality fruit and a variety of choices. Good location close to the pedestrian zone for easy access to shopping and dining. the room had a nice kitchenette with optional equipment to hire at a reasonable rate for those who want to cook their own meals.

The internet in the room didn't work well, making planning activities and communicating with loved ones difficult. the bathroom had poor lighting and was not user-friendly for people with physical limitations, and the TV didn't work properly.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely amazing, right across the street from a beautiful park. It was so convenient for sightseeing and exploring the town. The hotel itself was in the center of all the activity, situated in a charming square. The staff was extremely friendly and provided excellent service. My room was well-appointed and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay, including a mini-bar and a cozy sitting area. The terrace was a nice bonus, where I could relax and enjoy the lovely views. The hotel also had a great restaurant and bar, offering delicious meals and tasty snacks.

The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to town center, bars, restaurants, and shops. The staff were friendly and polite, providing exceptional service throughout our stay.

The breakfast experience could have been improved by having crispy bacon available.
