The room was clean and comfortable with everything needed for a relaxing break. The on-site shop had all the essentials. The staff were friendly and cooperative. The two swimming pools provided a choice of atmospheres. The location offered beautiful walks to restaurants and shops.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were incredibly spacious, with a huge bathroom. The hotel staff even provided extra beds for my grandchildren. The views from the three balconies were amazing, especially the ones overlooking the mountains. The hotel also had a great shuttle bus service that took us to the town and beach multiple times a day. The café/bar had a nice atmosphere, and Anna provided excellent service with a smile. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, and friendly staff made my stay here truly enjoyable.

The value for money was unbeatable and the staff were excellent and friendly, especially the bar staff. The reception was extremely helpful whenever we needed assistance or information about things to do in the area. The prices at the pool bar for food and drink were extremely reasonable. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, and the pool area was nice and peaceful. The location, although slightly outside of the main town, was easily accessible by scooter or bicycle, which saved us a lot of money. We highly recommend this place for budget travelers. The kitchen facilities were also a great addition to our stay.

The apartment was spacious and clean with great views. Plenty of kitchen utensils and a free shuttle bus to town. Staff were friendly and helpful with smooth check-in and luggage storage. We enjoyed lounging by the pool and sipping cocktails. Looking forward to our next visit!

The apartment was spacious and provided enough room for our family. The location was convenient as it was close to the waterpark and within walking distance to restaurants and a supermarket. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the girl at the pool bar who always greeted us with a smile.

The apartment was dated and in need of some renovations. The cleanliness could have been better, as the cleaners didn't do a thorough job and we had to request clean bedding and towels during our stay.

The apartment was spacious and had enough room for all of us, with extra space for a fifth person if needed. We also appreciated that the towels and bedding were changed regularly during our stay. the location was great - not too far from the town center, just a short 10-minute walk or a quick and affordable taxi ride away.

The check-in process was a bit frustrating as we had to wait until late in the afternoon to get our keys. The apartment we were assigned initially was not in the best condition, with a dirty floor and a lack of sunlight.

We had a lovely stay at a hotel on the outskirts of town. The rooms were spacious, although they could use some updating. The kitchen was limited with only a 2-hob cooker, but the bar served delicious and affordable meals. The staff at the bar, especially Jessica and Roseanna, were amazing and handled the busy nights exceptionally well. The free bus into town was convenient, and there were plenty of Spar shops nearby for basic needs. I would recommend this hotel for a budget-friendly stay.

We had a great time at Apartamentos Lanzarote Paradise Colinas. The studio apartment was very spacious and had all the necessary kitchen amenities, including a fridge and microwave. It was cleaned every 3 days, which was a nice touch. The pools were nice, although the water was quite cold, especially for children. The location on the hill made it quiet at night, and we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were a good size and had adequate facilities. The highlight was the amazing sea views from our apartment. The receptionist, Colm, was extremely courteous, professional, and helpful. it was a pleasant stay and we would recommend it to families.

Always sun loungers available, spacious apartments, friendly reception staff, quiet location, excellent access to water park. Budget-friendly breakfast with plenty of nearby restaurants and bars.
