Value for money was great, with spacious rooms, comfy memory foam mattresses, and two balconies with patio furniture for relaxation. The apartment was fresh, clean, and well-equipped. The pool bar offered cheap and convenient breakfast options, and the restaurant on-site was also enjoyable. Parking was easy and free, and the free WiFi was a bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful, creating a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The morning meal could have been better with more variety or better quality options.

The staff, especially Alison and the bar staff, were exceptional. They really made our romantic escape extra special. the location was perfect for a quiet and relaxing getaway. the entire place was very clean, including our spacious room. We loved the pool area, and having a bar on site made it easy to grab a bite to eat and enjoy a cold drink throughout the day.

The shower, which only stayed hot for a few minutes before turning cold. our terrace didn't get much sun, although it didn't matter much since we were near the pool.

I had a fantastic stay at these apartments in Puerto del Carmen! The privacy and quietness of the surroundings made me feel safe and relaxed throughout my trip. I was especially impressed with the inflatables in the pool area for the little ones – such a thoughtful touch! It reminded me of when my own children were young and how convenient it would have been to have these provided. The location was also perfect, being close to the beach and conveniently positioned between Puerto del Carmen and Matagorda. Plus, the easy parking outside the property was a bonus. I would definitely consider returning in the future and exploring the island more.

Warm and friendly atmosphere throughout our stay. When we had to extend our trip unexpectedly, the staff at Las Adelfas were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The pool bar was a great spot to relax, and the reasonable prices made it even better. We definitely plan to return in the future.

I had a lovely stay at a hotel in Puerto del Carmen recently. The apartment was clean and spacious with a modern feel. The pool area was great, especially for families, with a separate pool for kids. The staff at the pool bar were friendly and the happy hour was a nice perk. The location was convenient, with the beach and local shops just a short walk away. Even though our room didn't have air conditioning, the provided fans kept us comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Pool bar offers good food and drinks at reasonable prices. Close to Rancho Park with water slides and shows. Short distance to the airport.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which was just a short walk from the beautiful beach. The rooms were modern and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of hot water in the spacious bathroom. The friendly staff made us feel welcome, and we enjoyed snacks and drinks at the well-maintained poolside bar. The convenient location allowed us to explore the whole resort on foot, and there was a supermarket nearby for any supplies we needed. Plus, the hotel even provided a welcome pack with tea, coffee, and milk.

It would have been even better if the pool was heated, as it was quite cold during our stay.
