We stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel on top of a hill and were blown away by the breathtaking views it offered. The staff at the reception desk were extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and even a jacuzzi. We loved lounging by the pool on the sun terrace, enjoying the sunny weather. The buffet restaurant provided a wide selection of delicious dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with both indoor and outdoor seating areas. We also appreciated the free shuttle service that allowed us to easily explore the surrounding areas.

This place is highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Located on a hill a little outside Puerto de la Cruz, Hotel Las Aguilas Tenerife offers a nice setting for a relaxing stay. The hotel is in easy reach of the highway, making it convenient for exploring the rest of the island. Guests can enjoy a stroll along the seafront, taking in the picturesque views. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and beautiful mountain views. The breakfast at the hotel is good, with a selection of fresh pancakes, eggs, and fruits. The hotel grounds are well-maintained, with facilities like a heated pool and tennis court for guests to enjoy.

The cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired, with yellowing grout and insects on the floor.

Spectacular setting, stunning views, spacious rooms, friendly staff, varied and well-cooked food, family-friendly amenities.

Despite the negatives, there were a few positive aspects. The breakfast was outstanding, with great food and plenty of options. The mountain views were beautiful and the hotel was conveniently located close to black sand beaches in the north. It was also close to many big supermarkets, making it easy to stock up on any necessary supplies. The staff were really friendly and accommodating, particularly Alexander at the reception who was very helpful and welcoming. the pool area was nice and the cleaners were always happy and greeted us in the morning.

The bed in the room was as hard as a rock! It felt like I was sleeping on a slab of concrete, with a piece of cardboard over it.

I also appreciated that they accommodated my request for a room on the top floor, and I was delighted to find that I had a spacious room with a separate seating area and a large balcony. The food at the restaurant was varied and well-cooked, and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast pancakes. The hotel's location offered breathtaking views of the coast and mountains, although it is a bit far from the main town. Nonetheless, there is a shuttle bus available during the day to make getting around easier. The entertainment provided for both children and adults was a nice touch, even though I didn't get a chance to experience it.
