The location of the hotel was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. the entertainment for young families was very good, and the entertainment team was friendly and hard-working. the bar staff were nice, and the restaurant was clean with a great selection of food. the rooms were clean, but there was a sewage smell. the pool area was relaxing, with an outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace. We enjoyed visiting nearby landmarks like Crocodile Park and Calle San Miguel, which added to our family bonding experience.

The staff, including Jesus, Krystel, and Maxime, went above and beyond to keep our kids entertained with fun activities like bachata and salsa lessons.

My wife says that an indoor kids' play area would have been a great addition for families with young children.

I had a blast enjoying the outdoor pool with a hot tub, and the Piano Bar's cocktails were top-notch! the hotel's sun terrace was my go-to spot for relaxation.

the staff were super friendly and helpful. They even helped me out when I needed to make a phone call about a taxi. the entertainment for families was top-notch, and the team really put in the effort to make sure everyone had a good time. the bar staff were lovely, and the restaurant was clean with a good variety of food - even though it could have been warmer at times. the rooms were spotless, and the fresh food cooked by the chefs was a nice touch.

One thing that could be improved at this hotel is the shortage of sunbeds by the pool. If you don't get there early, it's tough to secure a spot.
