I almost gave this place a decent review, but the noise from slammed doors will haunt me forever, and the staff's refusal to help with a simple tool was simply baffling. I expected a complimentary gesture for all the inconvenience, yet was treated like just any other guest. The rooftop pool was nice but, what a shame no one cared to attend to my comfort!

the walls were thin! and I could hear a lot of noise from other rooms. but the rooftop pool was nice for cooling off after sightseeing. also, the breakfast had tasty pastries and a good selection of food. our room had a mini fridge which was super handy.

The truth, what’s good and what’s not

The location is fantastic, just a short stroll from vibrant Las Ramblas! Rooms are clean and nicely designed, creating a comfortable escape after a day of exploring.

Noise from the streets can disrupt sleep, particularly with late-night disturbances! Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent, making it hard to stay connected.

Really enjoyed the location, a short stroll to Port Vell. The rooftop terrace was fantastic for cooling off and enjoying cocktails after busy days with our older kids. The rooms were clean, and having a Juliette balcony added a nice touch.

My kids wished for a larger pool area for some fun splashing around.

the location is perfect, just a block away from las ramblas and it was super quiet at night. rooms are clean and comfy. I got a balcony which was a nice extra! the breakfast was really good, lots of options to choose from, and the staff helped me with where to go in the city. the rooftop pool was small but nice to chill after walking around all day. they even had free water bottles in the room which I loved!

the elevator was out a few times which was kinda annoying. also, the bathroom could use some updating, like the shower door didn't cover the whole space so it got messy.
