During our Christmas stay, we really liked the comfortable rooms and the friendly check-in staff. the rooms were spacious and provided a comfortable space for our family. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location was a key factor for us, as it was close to the port and allowed for an easy commute. Another advantage that we enjoyed was the extensive menu offered at the hotel's restaurant, which provided good quality and value for money.

We were disappointed with the bar and restaurant service. the transfer of service to the lower level resulted in unprofessional behavior from the bar staff, who seemed more focused on entertaining their friends than attending to hotel guests.

The value for money was excellent, with clean and comfortable rooms. The location was great, just 10 minutes away from the ferry port. The staff were friendly and made my pets feel welcome.

The restaurant let the hotel down as it didn't open until 21.00. We were hoping to grab a bite to eat there earlier in the evening, but had no choice but to head elsewhere.

As motorbike travelers, we appreciated the convenience of parking our bikes right in front of the 24-hour reception. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, just a short drive from the Santander ferry terminal. The hotel had ample free parking right outside, which made it easy for us to park our car. The room we stayed in was really good, with excellent bathroom facilities. The staff were very friendly and waited for us to arrive, even though it was late at night due to a delayed ferry. The hotel also had a cafeteria and restaurant with a good choice of Spanish food at reasonable prices. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which included coffee, orange juice, tortilla, and sweet pastries. Additionally, the hotel was located near a small restaurant in the main area of Guarnizo, which was convenient for dining options.
