loved my longer stay in segovia & los arcos surpassed expectations. great location, comfy room, and delicious food. the local crafts and cozy atmosphere added to the charm. perfect for exploring the city on foot.

The hotel's central location allowed for easy access to the main sights and attractions. It was conveniently situated close to the aqueduct, providing a picturesque view without feeling overcrowded. The underground parking facility was a great advantage in such a busy area.

The hotel seemed to be in need of some renovations and updates to improve its overall appearance.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect for exploring the city. It is just a short walk away from all the historical sites and the charming old town center. The view of the old city skyline from here is simply breathtaking. The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast facilities offered a good selection of options, ensuring that there was something for everyone's tastes.

The only minor downside I experienced was the difficulty in locating the hotel when driving. The signage from the street could be improved, as it was not clear enough and easily missed.

The location was great and quite close to the city center. the front desk staff were friendly but it didn't help with the room issues. the hotel had a very nice restaurant attached to it, where we had a great New Year's Eve dinner. the AC was a nice addition to the room, which was quite spacious.

New Year's Eve was a bit of a disappointment at this hotel. the room was smelly and we had to get it changed twice just to find a decent one.

We were able to easily explore the city and enjoy the romantic atmosphere. the bed in our room was very comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay. the breakfast provided a good variety of options to start the day off right.

We loved everything about this place! The staff were super helpful, even printing our boarding passes for free, and they spoke good English. The hotel itself was clean and quiet, making our stay very pleasant. It was easy to find by car and the parking was secure with plenty of spaces. Additionally, this venue is conveniently located on a hill, very close to all attractions and within walking distance to the downtown area. We thought it was fantastic value and would definitely recommend it to everyone.
