The hotel had a great pool, perfect for cooling off during the hot days. The staff were really helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was also fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

The noise levels at night were quite disruptive, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the Wi-Fi service was unreliable and often weak, which was frustrating when trying to stay connected.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The pool area was well-maintained and a great place to relax. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and bars within a short walk.

The cleanliness of the rooms was not up to standard. We found insects in the kitchen and bathroom, which was quite unpleasant.

I recently stayed at a lovely bungalow in the heart of Playa de las Americas. The bungalow was spacious and had a small garden area to relax and soak up the sun. The location was perfect, only 100 meters from the beach and the promenade, and there were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The manager and her colleagues were very polite and professional hosts. it was a quiet and enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at a lovely boutique village in Playa de las Americas. The apartment was even better than the pictures - spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, right in the center and just a short walk to the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the security measures made me feel safe. I especially enjoyed the balcony and the well-equipped kitchen. a fantastic experience!

Great location near restaurants, bars, beach, and shopping. Nice pool area with plenty of space. Friendly staff at the bar. Good kitchen in the studio for preparing meals. Brilliant pool area, varied breakfast selection, and clean, presentable place just off the main street.

We had a wonderful experience at Los Cardones Boutique Village. The staff, including Manager Sonia and her colleagues Samuel and Blanca, were extremely polite and professional. The bungalows were clean and spacious, and we were even given a larger one. The location was perfect, just 100 meters from the beach and promenade in the heart of Playa Americas. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the option to relax in the small garden areas and sunbathe. it was an ideal place for a quiet stay while still having access to plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

At Los Cardones, we got great value for our money with spacious and modern rooms and a lovely terrace. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the strip but still quiet and secure. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the pool area was peaceful and relaxing. Plus, the all day bar with affordable snacks and drinks was a bonus.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety and options.

The apartments are centrally located - perfect for a lively atmosphere. Early check-in available. Spacious rooms, some need revamping. Excellent bungalow rooms. Very secure with a pass required. Free safe provided. Breakfast is a simple buffet with hot and cold options. Clean and quiet pool with plenty of beds. Staff is excellent, even late at night.

The location of the hotel was ideal, with plenty of good restaurants and bars within walking distance. We enjoyed being close to everything and it made it convenient for exploring the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with well-equipped kitchens for preparing meals. The breakfast offered a variety of fruits and pastries, which was a nice start to the day.

The wifi in our room could have been better, as it had a weak signal being at the back of the hotel.
