The hospitality was outstanding. The welcome reception included a complimentary drink. Staff in the restaurant and breakfast area went above and beyond. The property had stunning mountain views and a peaceful atmosphere. The junior suite was spacious, clean, and had a well-equipped bathroom.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The spacious room was beautifully decorated and very clean. The comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep. The bathroom was amazing and felt very posh. We also loved the lovely small garden that came with our room. The staff were friendly and accommodating, despite some language barriers. The outside area offered breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain range and nearby town, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

We highly recommend this hotel to families.

Spending Christmas at this hotel made it a wonderful experience. the festive atmosphere was mesmerizing with beautiful decorations and a warm welcome reception with complimentary drinks. the location was perfect for a peaceful and quiet retreat with beautiful views. the bed was incredibly comfortable and ensured a good night's rest.

Although the accommodation was great, the spa was a bit overpriced for just an hour. It would have been a big advantage if it was more affordable or included in the stay.

The spa is quite expensive to use and the massages are more for relaxation rather than deep tissue.
