I had a fantastic stay at a reasonably priced hotel in a beautiful city. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily walk to the main attractions. While my room was a bit on the small side and overlooked a side street instead of the pool as requested, it was still good value for money. The hotel had a pleasant lounge area with reasonable prices for drinks, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The location was also ideal for strolling out for a light breakfast, particularly at the Fenix cafe in Plaza Tendillas. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great value, friendly staff, and convenient location. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

I requested a quiet room and was delighted to find myself overlooking a peaceful courtyard with a gentle sound of a trickling water fountain. The WiFi connection was flawless throughout my stay, and the service at the reception was friendly and efficient. The hotel's breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, including three types of cereal, fresh juices, eggs. Located in the heart of the city, the hotel offers a central location that is close to all the main tourist attractions. The friendly and helpful staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms. The buffet breakfast offered a variety of hot and cold options. The hotel also had a beautiful pool area and sun deck where we could relax after a day of sightseeing.

The hotel can get noisy at times due to the presence of large tour groups.

I recently stayed at this venue and it was an amazing experience! The location is great with all the tourist attractions within a short walking distance. The staff was very friendly and the service was superb. Room amenities were more than adequate and the beds were extremely comfortable. The swimming pool and sun terrace were lovely, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.

Welcoming staff and clean room. the complementary breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of food. the hotel’s location was fantastic for exploring the nearby restaurants and attractions.

The room was slightly outdated and the air conditioning did not work well. Communication was difficult due to language barriers with some staff members.

I had a very long day exploring the city and was looking forward to relaxing at the hotel bar. Unfortunately, the bar was a bit busy and the bartender seemed overwhelmed. However, the reception staff was very understanding when I mentioned it and I hope they will consider having additional help in the future.
