I recently stayed at Marsenses Hotel in Puerto Pollensa and had a fantastic experience. The superior room we booked was well-appointed and clean, exceeding our expectations. The location is ideal, just a street away from the Pine Walk, making it quiet yet conveniently close to the beach, supermarket, and restaurants. The receptionists were welcoming and helpful, always ready with a smile. The room decorations and the surprise bottle of cava for my husband's birthday were a lovely touch. The breakfast and dinner were superb, with a wide selection and the option for waiter service. The different themed evenings and entertainment added to the enjoyable dining experience. The staff, including the restaurant, bar, and cleaning team, were friendly and attentive throughout our stay.

I recently stayed at a fantastic adults-only hotel in a great location on the outskirts of Pine Walk. The staff at the restaurant and front desk were incredibly welcoming and friendly. My room had a spacious balcony with a lovely view of the pool. The modern and tasteful decor added a touch of elegance to the stay. The service was top-notch, with housekeeping doing an excellent job. The breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from, satisfying every palate. The hotel is conveniently close to the beach and shops, making it perfect for leisurely walks and shopping.

The use of inflatables in the pool area, even though it's supposed to be adults-only, cheapened the atmosphere a bit.

The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with a kitchen, living room, balcony, and a wonderful shower. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast offers a good variety of choices and the food is of good quality. the hotel has fantastic facilities, including a pool, gym, and spa.

One slight downside is that the restaurant sometimes lacks variety in desserts, biscuits, breads, and salads on a daily basis.

Lovely hotel, perfect room for our needs with a super comfy and spacious bed. Stylish layout with a bath in the bedroom. Warm and friendly welcome from Carla at reception. Helpful staff always available. Buffet-style restaurant with high-quality food, loved the Central American menu. Pool area is nice, just go early for a sunbed. Perfect location, moments from the beach, restaurants, and market square. we absolutely loved our stay at Marsenses and would definitely book again.

Friendly staff, great location and beautiful views. The pool area was enjoyable and there were a variety of dining options to choose from, including a la carte dishes for breakfast and dinner. The room was spacious and the entertainment was nice. The pool bar offered reasonably priced lunch options as well.

Some rooms had a view of the road and were dark, and the cleaning could be improved. The desserts were not impressive and the pool closed early in the evening.

Exceptional room, comfy bed, wonderful bathroom, high tech air con. Fantastic pool and eating areas. Great location. Gym and spa nearly done, will be an added awesome extra. Lovely pool and bar area with nice views.

We were delighted with our stay at a hotel in Puerto Pollensa. The location was ideal, just a short stroll from the seafront. The spacious and well-maintained rooms provided a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The buffet offered a delicious variety of food, and we especially enjoyed the themed and à la carte evenings. The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring every aspect of our stay was enjoyable. we highly recommend this hotel for a perfect vacation.

Although the hotel was wonderful, it would have been nice to have free filtered water available throughout the day, not just during breakfast.

The pool area was clean and well-maintained, offering a great place to relax and unwind. The apartment blocks were well-designed and the rooms, although basic, were clean and comfortable. There were plenty of activities for kids, including pool tables, pinball machines, table tennis, and daily water polo. it was a convenient and enjoyable experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is very near the beach and just a street away from the main promenade. The hotel facilities are stunning, with a beautiful reception area and a spacious and clean pool area. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner selection was excellent, with tasty desserts. We also enjoyed the free aqua aerobics and yoga sessions every 2nd day, as well as the live music in the evenings.

Had a Xmas break at this hotel. The food was good quality and there was a good choice of drinks at the bar. The location was great, very close to the beach and with easy access to local shops and restaurants. One of the best aspects was the friendly staff – always willing to help and very accommodating.

The rooms need some updating and they were not very clean. The air conditioning was very noisy and didn't work properly.
