Great location, close to shops and bars. Loved the Christmas lights around the area, really set the holiday mood. appreciated the daily cleaning service which helped keep our room tidy.

The hotel lacked basic amenities like shower facilities, which was inconvenient for us since we had a late flight. To make things worse, when we requested a shower room, we were told to come back the following day but were later charged an unexpected 25 euros for an hour's use.

Manageable beds, peace and quiet, no view. Daily entertainment, well-managed pool, life guard. Massive info on local activities, free WiFi throughout. Fresh and well-presented food. We were pleasantly surprised by the bright and spacious apartment at Marino Tenerife. The large balconies were perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. The cleanliness of the pool, apartments, and common areas was impeccable. We appreciated that activities were offered for younger children, making it a great family-friendly hotel.
