Noisy and uncomfortable beds.

We recently stayed at a centrally located hotel in Puerto de la Cruz and had a fantastic time. the rooms were comfortable for the price, and we particularly enjoyed the breakfast where we found a variety of delicious options. the hotel staff were very kind and attentive, and the view from our room was perfect. We loved the authentic atmosphere of the hotel and can't wait to return. Thank you to Marquesa for a memorable stay.

The Easter stay was pleasant overall. One of the best aspects was the central location that allowed us to easily explore all nearby attractions. the staff was helpful and friendly, providing us with helpful tips and information about the area. Finally, we enjoyed the complimentary Wi-Fi that was provided, as it allowed us to plan our daily activities and stay in touch with loved ones.

The shower was not up to par and the bathroom was not properly ventilated. the towels could have been of better quality.

This hotel is located right in the center of town, just off a lovely square with a church. The value for money is excellent, as the prices are very reasonable for what you get. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the rooms are equipped with balconies, some facing the port and some with an "internal" balcony. I also loved the breakfast on the rooftop, especially because they had options for vegetarians.

The Marquesa Hotel exceeded my expectations with its stunning 18th century frontage. As a history enthusiast, I was thrilled to discover that Alexander von Humboldt had stayed here. The staff, especially Jose, were friendly and helpful. The outside dining area provided excellent evening entertainment without overpowering volume. The hotel's location, just a short walk from the harbor and shopping areas, was ideal. I would highly recommend this atmospheric hotel for its superb position and charming ambiance.

We had a wonderful stay at Marquesa hotel! the staff, especially Jose at the reception, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They quickly solved an issue with our bed, with the help of a handyman. the dining room, terrace, and bar staff were all efficient and attentive. the hotel's central location in Puerto de la Cruz was perfect, yet it remained quiet. the rooms were comfortable, with a good working TV and plenty of hot water. the cleaning staff did an exceptional job, and the breakfast offered a great selection. the reception staff was informative and even gave us a tour of the historic building. it was a fantastic holiday experience.

I recently stayed at Hotel Marquesa for a few days and had a wonderful time. The staff, especially Dori at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel couldn't be better, with the old town, port area, bars and restaurants right on the doorstep. If you're looking for a room with a view, I recommend asking for one facing the church and Mt Teide. excellent value for money and I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

The location of this hotel is fantastic - right in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz, away from the touristy crowds. There are excellent restaurants nearby that offer great value for money. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have everything you need to be comfortable for a few days.

The breakfast needs some attention, especially the baked beans with solidified fat and the lack of fresh vegetables.

The hotel had a beautiful old colonial style reception area, which created a timeless and peaceful atmosphere. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. - the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the small harbour, shopping areas, and the beach. - We loved the nightly musical entertainment in the outside dining area, which added to the overall ambiance of the hotel. - the roof pool had an amazing view, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind.

The rooms were quite small and lacked a fridge, which would have been convenient for storing drinks and snacks. Some noise from the nearby church bell ringing every 15 minutes between 7am and 11pm and the kids' school playground was a bit bothersome.

Great central location, minutes away from the beach and in the heart of the old town. Lovely balcony with our room. Reasonable prices for drinks. Good selection of breakfast.
