I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, the room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and a great view. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and transportation. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, with our room being spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were fantastic, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The parking was convenient, with a secure garage available for our car. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center and within minutes of some amazing bars, restaurants, and attractions like the Alhambra.

parking was a bit difficult

Our stay at Marquis Urban was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had plenty of plug sockets for charging our appliances. The hotel's strong wifi and central location made it convenient for exploring the city. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the shower/bathtub being in the bedroom and the lack of overhead lighting, we found our overall experience at Marquis Urban to be positive. I would recommend this hotel.

Great location in a quiet area between Gran Via and the city center. Rooms with very comfortable beds and glass closing doors to the toilet. Breakfast included option was a nice touch.

We had a great time exploring the vibrant city with this hotel as our base. The location was perfect, with everything we needed right around the corner. The bus stop to the Alhambra was really near, making our trip convenient. We loved having a bakery and coffee shop nearby, making it easy to grab breakfast before heading out. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern design that we really enjoyed. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful.

Although the hotel had a lot of positive aspects, we did find one negative. The bathroom in our room lacked privacy, with a clear glass door that was not ideal.

Enjoyable stay over Thanksgiving break. Hotel offered complimentary wine upon arrival and breakfast served in-room, which was very convenient. Key location in the city center, close to popular restaurants and shops.

our second time in granada and marquis urban was even better than before. great location, spacious rooms, and friendly staff who went above and beyond. they even accommodated us when I was sick. loved the rooftop terrace with stunning views. overall, a modern and trendy hotel that we highly recommend.

The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist crowds. We also appreciated the helpful staff who warmly welcomed us and provided us with useful information about visiting nearby Alhambra. The hotel facilities were modern and clean, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a safe box and fridge in our room. Additionally, the bistro in the main area was a great place to grab a bite to eat.

The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a great bathroom. We especially loved the rooftop terrace where we enjoyed evening drinks while admiring the stunning views of the city and the snow-capped mountains in the background. The little treat left in our room on Valentine's Day was a lovely touch, and overall, we found the hotel to be modern, trendy, and excellent value for money.
