We had a hassle-free check-in with the receptionist walking us to our spacious and comfortable apartment right away. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a self-catering stay. The air conditioning was excellent, and we enjoyed easy access to the quiet pool. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel had great facilities. The location was perfect, being close to supermarkets, restaurants, and shops, and just a short walk away from the beach and the square.

Nothing that we didn't like.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Mallorca. It was clean, in a great location, and offered great value for money. the maid was lovely and did a fantastic job keeping the apartment tidy. the hotel staff were accommodating and met all our needs, even allowing us to stay an extra night with no problem. They also allowed us to check out at a convenient time for us.

Clean, spacious apartment with mountain views and short walk to beach. Convenient location near Spar shop. Helpful 24hr reception and access to Flora hotel facilities. Comfortable beds, good shower, and well-equipped kitchen. Nice pool area with plenty of loungers.

Noisy due to passing cars and buses.

I had a great value for my money at Apartamentos Massol. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a fantastic view of the mountains from my balcony. The location was excellent, close to the beach and surrounded by shops, bars, and restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, and I especially appreciated the helpfulness of the hosts in organizing shuttle services.

The breakfast experience could have been better with a wider selection of kitchen equipment, like a proper knife and coffee making kit.

We had a fantastic stay at Apartamentos Massol for a week. The beds and sofas were comfortable, the aircon worked well, and the shower had great pressure. The balcony offered a nice view and the kitchenette had all the necessary appliances. We loved the 8-minute walk to the beach and the easy, free parking on the street. The pool was refreshing and never overcrowded. The staff at Flora Apartments, where we checked in, were helpful and we even did laundry there for a small fee. We are already planning our next trip!
