My stay at this 4-star hotel was fantastic! The hotel is situated in a prime location, right in the heart of the city. It was so convenient to be able to walk to the historic center and explore all the charming streets and pubs offering delicious "Tapas". There was even a fantastic seafood restaurant nearby that I highly recommend.

The hotel also had a small rooftop pool, although I didn't get the chance to use it due to the weather. However, I did enjoy the amazing view of the old town Zaragoza from the terrace while sipping on a drink from the attached bar.

Innside is conveniently located near a major artery and within a 10-minute walk from the main square with the basilica. Its central location allows easy access to the city's major attractions and tourist spots. The rooms are spacious, well-furnished, and offer comfortable beds for a restful sleep. The hotel provides excellent service, with attentive staff who offer helpful recommendations and provide a map for exploring the city. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of high-quality food, including a cook-to-order station for fresh eggs and refreshing orange juice.

Some of the rooms might have limited views due to the close proximity of neighboring buildings.

I had a great experience at Innside. the staff was really helpful and quickly resolved an issue with a leaking ceiling in our room. They were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. the room itself was modern and spacious, with a lovely large bed. the breakfast was excellent, and the pool and bar on the top floor were a nice touch.

The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. the location was perfect, close to everything. Plus, they had a nice gym on the premises.

But the rooms were old and dated, with an uncomfortable bed. the staff was unhelpful, especially during our Christmas stay when we had issues with the heating in our room.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel, which was perfectly located near the old town. I could easily explore the city, from the more modern shopping area to the beautiful Catedral del Pilar and the lively El Tubo for drinks and tapas. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with lovely carpets and furniture. The bathroom featured a bath and shower, and everything worked as it should. The staff were welcoming and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options.

Some areas of the hotel appeared a bit outdated, but it added to its charm.

As frequent guests at Melia Hotels, we can confidently say that Innside did not disappoint. the two receptionists gave us a warm welcome and provided all the necessary information about the rooms, cleaning, and amenities. Our rooms were modern, impeccably clean, and had trendy bathing/shower areas. the beds were comfortable, the water was hot, and there was plenty of storage space. We enjoyed exploring the nearby old town for food and drinks, but also had a fantastic breakfast at the hotel. the location was perfect, with easy access to public parking. it was a great stay that met all our expectations.
