The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Tony at the front desk. I upgraded my room for a small fee and it was well worth it. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city with shops and restaurants just a minute's walk away. The rooms are modern and clean.

We had a great time at this hotel. It was centrally located, close to all the shops and restaurants. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, with a small balcony that gave us a nice view of the area. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast at the nearby cafe was delicious. we were very satisfied with our stay.

The noise from the cleaners and people leaving in the morning was a bit disruptive to our sleep.

Stayed at a modern 2 hotel, Mena Plaza. Excellent staff, beautiful and delicious food. Great location, no need to find breakfast elsewhere. the helpful receptionist went the extra mile in assisting with boarding pass printing. Lovely rooms and public spaces. Looking forward to returning.

The hotel was in a great location, right in the center of town. It was convenient to walk to all the shops and restaurants. the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. the bathroom was spacious and well-maintained. the hotel also had a small swimming pool on the roof which was nice for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

there was a lack of kitchen amenities in the apartment. There were no tea towels or cleaning cloths, and there were no dishwasher tablets provided.

The location is excellent, right in the center of the resort and close to the busy plaza off the Balcon de Europe. It is also conveniently close to the beaches. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, with the bedroom floors being washed daily. The hotel facilities are modern and well-maintained, with a rooftop pool offering stunning 360-degree views of the mountains and sea. The staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. We also enjoyed the nice balcony in our family room suite.

The hotel had a comfy bed, great pillows, and a spacious room with a clean bathroom. It was conveniently located near excellent restaurants and charming shops and bars. The rooftop terrace with a small pool was a lovely feature, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel like part of the family. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town, close to shops, restaurants. I also loved the fact that the hotel had its own parking facilities, taking away the stress of finding a parking spot in this busy city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. Additionally, the breakfast in the cafeteria was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The location of the hotel was absolutely fantastic! It was right in the heart of the bustling Old Town, making it convenient to walk around and explore. the scenic views from our balcony were also a great bonus. We could relax and soak up the sun while enjoying a nice cup of coffee. Another advantage was the breakfast buffet. They had a wide variety of delicious food to choose from, ensuring that we started our day off right.

There were a couple of negatives that I have to mention. It was hard to find at first and once we got there, it was dark and creepy.

The hotel had a great location near the town centre but was not noisy. The restaurant, bar, and public areas were lovely. I loved that they provided a mini fridge and safe at no extra cost, as well as pool towels.

Felt that it is secure, nothing to complain about.

Great location, lovely cafe bar, friendly service, pleasant reception staff, good breakfast, quiet at nighttime, rooftop pool, beautiful views, central but off the beaten track.
