Good Wi-Fi and nice fitness center, but some noise from adjacent rooms.

Fantastic central location allowed easy access to everything including the Guggenheim. Friendly staff offered umbrellas for our rainy walk to the old town, and breakfast had a delightful variety worth every cent.

One night, uncomfortably hot in the room with ineffective temperature management. Soundproofing issues spoiled sleep due to noise from surrounding nightclubs, and the limited towel supply felt overlooked amid expectations.

the rooms were downright miserable with tainted sheets and sticky drops on the floor. I almost thought I was treated to a lovely 'hotel' experience until I noticed the lack of smart tvs and utterly hard pillows, obviously unfit for my delicate taste. a complimentary upgrade would’ve been ideal after such horrors. I just couldn’t give more than 3 stars.

Unfortunately, the standard room I stayed in was rather cramped and lacked sufficient hooks for towels. It was also disappointing that the walk-in shower did not drain properly, resulting in water spilling onto the floor.

Great location with easy walking access to the Guggenheim and old town. The staff were exceptionally helpful, and breakfast offered a fantastic variety, including made-to-order omelettes. Room was cozy, but some could be dark. Parking is available, but plan ahead for tight spots. Soundproofing varies, so check room placement for quieter nights.

I enjoyed a delightful breakfast overlooking the river. The staff were welcoming, and I found plenty of local restaurants and tapas bars just a short walk away. The spacious room had a comfortable bed and ample electrical outlets for charging devices.

However, navigating from the hotel to the river required either a long flight of stairs or an elevator ride. Additionally, the one luggage rack for two people became an inconvenience during our stay, making organization tricky.

No issues, meets expectations. Spacious rooms with superb views and friendly staff.

perfect spot for exploring parks and tapas bars with ease

I had such a great time at this hotel, with the friendly staff making my stay even better while being just a short walk from the guggenheim museum and lively casco viejo where i could enjoy delicious local food. it felt so convenient to stroll through nearby parks and soak in the beautiful views after a long day of exploring.

The location, the comfortable room, the charming staff was simply remarkable.

this hotel is in a super spot, close to parks and pinxos bars, and just a walk away from the old town. the rooms were nice and pretty big, and i really liked the breakfast options, especially the pastries and coffee. they even got a bar for drinks and a lil spa area for chillin after a long day. staff was friendly and very helpfull, made my stay way more pleasant.

but the noise from the streets was really annoying during weekends, and the breakfast could run out of stuff quickly if you showed up late.

I loved the cozy room with a fantastic view and the delicious breakfast served with Nespresso coffee. The spa offered some great relaxation options, including soothing massages and access to a Turkish bath. Just a heads up, the garage access was a bit tricky, so keep that in mind when you arrive. 😊

The gym, the attentive concierge service, the indoor bar snacks were simply delightful.

The location of this hotel is excellent, situated between the old and new town, making it easy to explore. The staff were incredibly accommodating, and the small bar had a lively atmosphere. However, the air conditioning was tricky to figure out and made the room feel quite stuffy at times.

The rooms are spacious and quiet, which is fab! Plus, the bar is a great spot for a late-night nibble. We totally appreciated the hotel's stroll distance to both the old town and the Guggenheim.

However, if you’re a light sleeper, that nightclub outside might just be your worst nightmare! Also, I could use a little more light in the room—it's not a cave, darling!
