For the price we paid, we got excellent value with a modern, clean room equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the sights and with the river just a minute away. The staff at this classy hotel were friendly and attentive, even at 4.30 a.m.

More breakfast choices would have been great.

Felt safe walking back at night. Comfy beds, spacious and quiet room with tea/coffee facilities and mini fridge. Reliable wifi for work.

This place was in a great location inside the city center with many places to go out at night available. Room service was impeccable with great amenities such as tea and coffee facilities and in-room air conditioning. The terrace was a nice addition to enjoy the outdoors.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location of this place was in good as in central It was incredibly noisy until 6 am as there are clubs right next door with young people being very rowdy outside, making it easy for us to explore the city and visit all the attractions. The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful throughout our stay, answering all our questions and offering great recommendations for restaurants, museums, and markets. The room was spacious and clean, with excellent amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The bed was comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The restaurant in the hotel served delicious food and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the relaxation spa and wellness center, which offered a sauna, swimming pool, and massage services. our stay at this hotel was fantastic and we would highly recommend it to others.

cleanliness is lacking

I had an amazing stay at a hotel close to Albia Jardines. the staff at Mercure were incredibly nice and the room was spacious. We had a medical emergency and although the hotel couldn't provide a doctor, they gave us the address of a nearby clinic. the location was perfect, just a short walk to attractions, metro, trams, and eateries. the staff recommendations for local restaurants were spot on, especially the authentic Spanish steakhouse they suggested. it was a fantastic experience!

The value for money at Mercure was great, with a nice and modern room and plenty of natural light. The hotel's location was convenient, close to the city center, restaurants, bars, and tourist attractions. The staff was professional, kind, and helpful during my stay.

One thing that could have made the breakfast even better would be more variety in the breakfast items.

The hotel had a fantastic location, close to everything we needed. We could easily catch the airport bus just outside, making it convenient for travel. There was nightlife in the area, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast had a good variety of options. We even enjoyed a nice view from our room.

We were not informed about the nightclub across the street, which made it noisy during the night.

The rooms were quite noisy, especially at night. the windows were not good enough to insulate the noise from the street.

We had a wonderful stay at Mercure Jardines De Albia. the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially David at the reception. the location of the hotel is excellent, right in the city center of Bilbao. We loved the clean and spacious rooms, with a comfortable king-sized bed. the hotel bar was a great place to relax and have a drink, and we also enjoyed dinner there. the food was delicious and reasonably priced. We were also impressed with the quietness of our room, despite it not having a nice view. a great experience.
