I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with a downstairs restaurant that served delicious food and a coach party that took us to the old center. The room was spacious and well-designed, with a comfortable bed and a nice view of the city. The bathroom was clean and modern, and the service from the staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices including individual made hot dishes. it was a great experience.

The parking charge was a bit expensive.

The rooms at Mercure Lugo Centro are exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-designed. The huge emperor size bed provided a very comfortable sleep. Additionally, the hotel's location is perfect, as it is just a 15-minute walk away from the historic city center. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing consistently great service. Exceptionally clean rooms and great service. the hotel occupied the perfect spot for discovering the city center, with many shops and restaurants nearby. the food provided was very good, with drinks and coffee at reasonable prices.

The open bathroom layout wasn't practical for us, as we were traveling with friends. it was hard to locate the hotel, and check-in was chaotic without a proper reception desk.

Conveniently located, recently renovated with a tasty breakfast. Spacious rooms, friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere. Comfortable beds, clean facilities, and a helpful receptionist. Great shower and a lovely terrace for a relaxing drink. Good value for the price.
